Does this pedal have a warranty?

Yes! If you have an LCO Industries pedal that does not work, reach out and I will fix it! As long as there are no signs of deliberate damage, incorrect power supply, or modification I will fix it for free.  No one wants a pedal that doesn't work.

Will you repair my pedal?

Yes.  If you need your LCO Industries pedal repaired please reach out via the contact page.

What is your return policy?

Due to the one human nature of LCO Industries, all sales are final.

How do you ship products?

All pedal orders within the USA will ship via USPS or UPS depending on where you live.  I try my best to keep it affordable but also fast.

All orders fulfilled by Printful are shipped by their own methods

Will you ship internationally?

Yes.  Please keep in mind that every country in the world may not be possible and that the customer is responsible for any customs or imports fees.  And no, I will not lie on a customs form for you, sorry.

Will you make me a custom pedal?

As much as I love this idea it is not some thing I am able to offer at this point.
